Welcome to my first official blog. I'm not particularly used to this sort of thing so please bare with me as I adjust to this experience. I like to believe I have a relatively sharp learning curve so hopefully I will get the hang of this sooner rather then later.
A little background information is probably in order since this is, after all, my introduction. My name is Anna. I'm a twenty seven year old neo-pagan (aka witch) living in the Rocky Mountains. I am married with no kids, but hopefully that will change soon (kids not the marriage). I have a bachelors degree in Anthropology and am planning on returning to school in the near future once time and money allow. I have two sisters, both of which are more or less married, and am the middle of the three of us. I spent my childhood in South Carolina and then moved to Colorado when I was thirteen.
As I mentioned before I am a witch. I have been a practicing neo-pagan since I was twelve but even before then I was raised in a New Age setting with a little Catholicism thrown in for color. I led a college based pagan group for seven years and just recently handed over the reins of leadership to another. I own a pagan themed arts and crafts business called Wolf Moon Arts & Crafts, but unfortunately I do not make enough from this business for it to be my main source of income.
You may have noticed that I am a somewhat verbose individual. This is likely because I have always taken pleasure from both reading and writing. I am currently in the process of writing my first book with hopefully more to follow. Undoubtedly I will continue to include updates on this in the future.
Well, I suppose that is a fair beginning with enough information to lay the ground work for future blogs. I hope that you find my writings both entertaining and informative. (By the way, the picture above is of me in the ruins of a great city in China)
